Warranty Instructions

The Hunter provides a one-year* warranty on all watches. Here are the terms and conditions for our Limited Product Warranty.

Products shipped to and for use in India warrant to the customer that the products will be free of defects in material and workmanship if properly stored, handled, assembled, maintained, and used under normal conditions in a non-commercial setting.

Warranty Instructions for The Hunter Watches

Your watch is warranted for a period of 1 year* from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of the warranty.

All watches are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year* from the date of purchase. To receive service under warranty, the watch must be returned directly to the manufacturer with your proof of purchase. We will, at our option, repair or replace the product or refund your money and take the product back.

The warranty term 1-year* consists of 6 months of manufacturing warranty and 6 months of extended warranty. The extended warranty is only available if the buyer has registered the product on the website. To register your watch for an extended warranty, follow up here: Warranty Registration. The warranty covers the watch movement, hands, and dials only. In case of defects covered by the warranty, your watch will, at the sole option of The Hunter Watch, be repaired free of charge. The covered components will be repaired or the watch replaced free of component and labor charges if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. However, in case of purchase made from any other marketplace, the customer has to bear the shipping charge to claim the warranty.

In some areas, where our logistic partner does not offer pickup service, the customer has to self-ship the product to our warehouse at their own cost.

In case of replacement, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and a similar style will be provided.

In case of purchase made from any other marketplace other than the official website, the customer will have to ship the product to our service center at their own cost.

The warranty becomes void in the event of servicing or repair of the watch by any person not duly authorized by The Hunter Watch or its representatives. Should you require work under warranty, please contact The Hunter customer care directly. The watch must be presented along with the duly completed warranty, original sales receipt & contact information. After the expiry of the warranty period, our service center will, of course, be at your complete convenience to repair and maintain your watch against a reasonable charge.

Warranty Doesn't Cover

  • Damage caused by improper product storage, handling, assembly, maintenance, or use.
  • Defects that occur to the product after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
  • Variations of color or texture in products (outer case, strap) made of fabric, leather, steel, or any other materials are not covered by any warranty.
  • Water damage if the product's water resistance levels are not followed.
  • Products that are not purchased from an authorized retailer will not get warranty coverage.
  • If serial numbers, production date codes, or other tracking marks have been removed, altered, or obliterated, this warranty will be void.

If the customer finds a material defect in material or workmanship in any product, part, or component, he/she must report such defect during the relevant warranty period to The Hunter customer service at +91-9054209018.

The foregoing warranties and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, terms, or conditions, express, implied, or statutory, as to any matter whatsoever, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, satisfactory quality, title, and non-infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed by The Hunter. The Hunter shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of this product, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability, or any other theory, even if The Hunter has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any limited remedy specified herein is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose. The Hunter’s entire liability shall be limited to replacement or repair of the purchase price paid, at The Hunter’s sole option.

Some countries, states, or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may be limited in their application to you. When implied warranties may not be excluded in their entirety, they will be limited to the duration of the applicable written warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that may vary depending on local law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Our warranty is non-transferable and applies to residential (non-commercial) use only and is void if the product is used in what is considered to be a non-household setting, or misused, handled improperly, reupholstered, or repaired by any resource other than us or our partners. For warranty issues:

  • We will repair or provide reasonably equivalent products as a replacement due to any product defects.
  • Replacement will be of equal value to the original purchase price.
  • No cash refund is available, and in no case shall we be liable for more than the purchase price of the product or incidental or consequential damages.
  • Visible defects and variances to order details must be brought to our attention within 10 (TEN) days of delivery.

How to Claim Warranty?

For repair work please send your product to our service center at the following address:

Along with your item, please include the following information:

  • RMA ID
  • Name
  • Full address
  • Contact number
  • Email address
  • Where your item was purchased from
  • Model reference of the item
  • A copy of your proof of purchase
  • Full description of the work required

Please do not send your original packaging. The Hunter highly recommends that you insure your parcel and adequately protect the item during shipment. The Hunter is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipment.

If your item is covered by the warranty, the item will be repaired and sent back free of charge. For repairs not covered by the warranty, you will receive an estimate of the cost to approve before any work is carried out. Please note that all of our prices are subject to change.

Once your product is inspected and a defect is found due to the manufacturer's workmanship, we will replace/repair your product with the same style. As we are a fashion company, we cannot guarantee that the same style will be available for your replacement. If this is the case, you will be able to select a replacement.

Turnaround Time for Service:

Up to 30 days from the date when your item arrived at the Company Service Center.
